3. Purpose and basis for processing personal data
The personal data will be used, where necessary, for the purposes of Oy Ivoprog Ab
- To target customer communications
- To produce, provide, personalise and develop services
- To provide information about the Services
- For the management, administration, maintenance and development of existing and potential customer relationships
- To plan and develop the business of the controller
- For other statistical purposes
Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent of the data subject, for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or for the preparation or performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
The storage of personal data is partly outsourced to external service providers. The Controller guarantees that such outsourcing will be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection and personal data legislation and that the external service providers will not use the data in this personal data file for their own purposes.

The following data may be stored and processed in the register. Not all of the data listed below may be available for each user.

In addition, the register may contain other notes relating to the data subject and any customer relationship and other information necessary for the good management of the customer relationship. This may include, for example, information on the data subject's requests for contact, or information on the services ordered by the data subject, their delivery and billing.
5. Retention period of personal data
Data collected in the register will be kept only for as long and to the extent necessary and permitted by law in relation to the original or compatible purposes for which the personal data were collected. In principle, personal data will be kept for a maximum of two (2) years from the last active transaction between the data subject and the Controller. The data will be deleted when the above-mentioned retention period has expired. If necessary, the personal data may be used after the end of the customer relationship if required by applicable legislation.
In addition, the Controller shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal data which are inaccurate, incorrect or out of date, having regard to the purposes of the processing, are rectified or erased without undue delay.

7. Regular disclosures of data
Personal data will not be disclosed outside the Controller or its data storage service providers in such a way that the data could be identified as relating to an individual user, except in the following exceptional circumstances: when required to do so by law or regulation, by a court order, or if otherwise necessary for the purposes of complying with the law, the conditions of use of the online services or good practice.
8. Description of the principles of register protection
The confidentiality of the personal data of the customer and website user is important to the Controller. The Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, disclosure, misuse, alteration, destruction or unauthorised access.
The use of the register is regulated within the controller's organisation and access to the personal register is restricted by access rights so that only employees who are entitled to access the data stored in the register by virtue of their duties and who need the data for the performance of their tasks have access to and are authorised to use the data. The information systems used to process personal data are adequately protected by technical measures and access to them is protected by appropriate methods, including personal user IDs and passwords. Data in the register is backed up securely. The disposal of material containing personal data shall be carried out in a secure manner.
9. Data subject's rights in relation to the processing of personal data
The data subject has the right to inspect the data concerning him or her contained in the register and to request that any inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data be corrected. The request for inspection may be made free of charge once a year. Requests for inspection and correction should be addressed to the contact person of the personal data file, whose contact details can be found at the beginning of this notice, either by visiting him in person or by sending a signed letter or a document certified in an equivalent manner, in order to ensure the right of the person making the request. Requests for verification will be answered within one month of the request being made.
The data subject has the right to withdraw at any time his or her prior consent to the processing or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority about the processing of his or her personal data.
Data subjects also have the right to request the erasure of their personal data from the register, provided that they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or that there are no legal obligations on the controller to process or store them. The data subject also has the right to request the restriction of the processing of his or her personal data or to object to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, including direct marketing and related profiling.
