These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Oy Ivoprog Ab and its customers. Ivoprog has the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Products may require the acceptance of a separate license agreement at the time of purchase.

Products are delivered immediately (Licensed product, Ivo Coach).

By invoice at the time of order (B2B).

Consumer prices include VAT. For corporate customers, VAT is added to the price. If there are obvious price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the error. We always check prices at the time of processing. In the event of a price decrease, we will correct the prices in the customer's open order. If the price of a product increases before the order is delivered, we will deliver them at the original price. If the customer uses a discount code that is not authorised or incorrect, Oy Ivoprog Ab has the right to charge the difference between the price paid and the correct price to the customer afterwards. In this case, an additional invoicing surcharge of 10€ will be charged.

Customer data is stored in Oy Ivoprog Ab's customer register, where the data is used

1. To target customer communications
2. To provide, offer, personalise and develop services
3. To provide information about the services
4. To manage, operate, maintain and develop existing and potential customer relationships
5. To plan and develop the controller's business
6. For other statistical purposes

In addition, Oy Ivoprog Ab is entitled to process and disclose the data in the register for legitimate purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99).

If the customer wishes, he/she may object to the use and processing of his/her data for marketing purposes or verify the data concerning him/her by contacting the customer service of Oy Ivoprog Ab. When registering, the customer is obliged to provide his/her contact details, which for a consumer customer include at least an e-mail address. B2C customers may disclose their e-mail address, name, telephone number, name of their organisation and position in the organisation when placing an order or logging in to the service.

Oy Ivoprog Ab's website uses cookies to help us improve the site. Cookies are used to collect information about the user's visits and activities on the website. The purpose of cookies is to facilitate, improve and speed up the user experience. A cookie is a small text file that the Ivoprog website's web server stores on the user's hard drive. Some of the content on the Ivoprog website may require you to accept cookies in order to function. The user's web browser is likely to accept cookies by default, but the user can also choose to block cookies by setting the browser preferences or by deleting cookies from the browser after the service has ended.

Service products or digital content have no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act if the service has been fully completed or the electronic delivery of the digital content has commenced after the customer has given his/her consent to the commencement of the delivery and if the lack of right of withdrawal has been notified in advance.

An irrevocable Ivo Coach licence may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. A redeemed licence cannot be cancelled.

Oy Ivoprog Ab reserves the right to change prices and product range without prior notice.

These terms and conditions are effective immediately and are valid indefinitely.
